Araminta is the FD at Russell Roof Tiles. She says "Having a strong independent User Group, where members can obtain candid advice and network with their peers, including the industry leading CSI consultancy firms, is hugely beneficial. A problem shared is a problem halved. I’m also really proud of the work that the User Group did to help Infor design, test and deliver its Making Tax Digital solution".

Richard is the IT manager at Designplan and has worked with Syteline for 15 years. Richard says... "being part of the user group provides real world examples of how other businesses use Syteline, which helps us to improve the way we work".

Originally trained as a CIMA qualified Accountant, Jonathan is now the Global Process Owner for Manufacturing within the James Walker Group, he has worked for the company for 15 years and has spent the last 2 years preparing for the roll out of CSI at 23 James Walker sites across the globe. ‘The benefit of being a part of the user group, sharing ideas, resolving common problems and helping to develop a better product, enables the business to continually improve going forward. Peer based conversations have already impacted our direction of travel and reduced workloads as we learn from other business’s about best practise and ways of working’.
