Richard is the IT manager at Designplan and has worked with Syteline for 15 years. Richard says...

"Being part of the user group provides real world examples of how other businesses use Syteline, which helps us to improve the way we work".

Originally trained as a CIMA qualified Accountant, Jonathan is now the Global Process Owner for Manufacturing within the James Walker Group, he has worked for the company for 15 years and has spent the last 2 years preparing for the roll out of CSI at 23 James Walker sites across the globe. ‘The benefit of being a part of the user group, sharing ideas, resolving common problems and helping to develop a better product, enables the business to continually improve going forward. Peer based conversations have already impacted our direction of travel and reduced workloads as we learn from other business’s about best practise and ways of working’.

Sarah is a Solutions Consultant at James Walker SPS. She has worked for the company since 2003 and has a broad knowledge of SyteLine, Sarah was the SyteLine developer for SL7 & SL8 and since 2018 she has been working on the global rollout of SyteLine 10 Cloud across the JW Organisation. Sarah joined the SyteLine User Group committee to gain and share knowledge. “Sharing user experiences is vital, and this group enables us to see how other companies use SyteLine and gives us the ability to discuss problems and how to proactively address them."

Sandra is an independent developer and consultant who has been working with SyteLine since version 7.04. She was an inaugural member of the usergroup and has been on the committee for longer than she can remember.

Joe is a UK Account Executive for Infor, providing support to a wide range of customers in the CSI space. Working within the user group offers a valuable opportunity to share ideas, discuss common topics, and collaborate with customers who face similar challenges, while showcasing how Infor products can help address those needs.

Chris is the Managing Director of Inforlogic, the business was formed in 2013 to focus on Infor SyteLine/CSI consultancy services in the UK. Already working with a large number of customers in the UK, he is delighted to be involved in the user group and help drive the ecosystem forward.

Quartess

Ben is director of products and solutions and co-owner of Quartess, an Infor Channel Partner for Infor SyteLine/CSI and for Infor Visual ERP in the Netherlands. Quartess supports SyteLine customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Ben is a SyteLine “veteran”, having worked with the product since 1998. He joined the committee with the specific aim of introducing European SyteLine users outside the UK to all that the user group has to offer.

JAC Business Services

Julie is the proprietor of JAC Business Services which was established in 1993. The JAC team provide virtual business services to small organisations who are typically run by a committee of volunteers. The committee work in conjunction with JAC to provide all the services required to run the User Group including membership management, accounts and billing, website updates and event management.
